Old outboard part. Carburetor. Maybe Johnson model RD-19 outboard. This was in a box with an RD-19 cylinder head. Not 100 percent sure, anyway most likely is from some 30 35 hp OMC from the 1950s. This has very long mixture needle tubes, probably these go through the silencer.
looks OK, very old will need a good cleaning.
