Used part. Found in bucket. Fits some 1960s Scott-Mcculloch outboards. 7.5 - 14.1 hp. there would be 2 of these on the aluminum lower cowl one on each side. Your motor would have a fiberglass hood with a metal tab riveted on each side to grap the latch hook.
